Our Bacon is made from the finest local pork, home cured on the premises and then air dried in our cellar or smoked in our own smoke house.
Our succulent pork is bred and reared locally to ensure quality and traceability. We offer a wide range of delicious joints, fillets and cuts to perfectly suit your culinary needs.
All our beef, from Roasting Beef, to Steak and Stewing Beef, is bred locally to ensure it maintains the impeccable quality synonymous with JT Beedham & Sons' generations of Master Butchers.

All our poultry is Free Range and can be smoked in our own smoke house on request.
All our burgers are hand made on the premises using the finest ingredients. We are constantly experimenting with new and exciting ingredients to increase our range of flavours.
Created over the years to fulfill customers' individual requirements. We are open to your suggestions and will try to oblige. We use a variety of wood chippings in our own smokehouse to achieve a unique flavour.
